Santa’s Kindness is not just a product but an experience in and of itself. The idea behind the product is that using an ornament with a QR code., children could scan this and be instructed by Santa to perform acts of kindness whether that be helping out with chores or giving lots of hugs. Using this as the inspiration, a space was created as well as a complete advertising story throughout all three showrooms in Atlanta, Dallas, and Las Vegas.

The Experience
Inside the showroom, the experience emphasizes every aspect of Santa’s Kindness. From the “how to use” to the “inspiring story behind the product,” every inch of the space was considered to create a magical experience for the viewer. There was even a photo - op where one could pose with Santa inside the ornament.
The Ads
Throughout all three showrooms the ad story directing the viewer to the final experience became an incredibly important part in showcasing this product. In using large banners, elevator graphics, column graphics, complete outpost experiences, among other items, every aspect was thought through to elevate the experience and the story of this product.
